PMP Preparation Program 2008
Places are filling fast for the WA Chapter PMP Preparation Program begins on Monday Sep 15 (or Thursday Sept 18 for stream 2) ending on Thursday Oct 30 2008. You will attend one session per week
This course is open to anyone, but the Directors reserve the right not to run a particular course if there is an insufficient number of applicants. Click for registration and details of the PMP Preparation Program or download a registration form.
The exam for this course will be on Saturday Nov 22, 2008. The next scheduled PMP exam in Perth will be conducted Saturday 30 August 2008, at Cliftons, Parmelia House, 191 St George's Terrace, Perth.
Projects in Action Program
The next workshop in the 2008 PIA program is Managing Project Teams: Converting conflict to cooperation on Tuesday 16 September. PMP's earn 3 PDUs per session.
Intelligent Disobedience - The Difference Between Good and Great Project Managers
Intelligent Disobedience is the ability to counter given directions or instructions and suggest improvements while supporting organisational strategies and keeping them close and consistent to their original objectives. This ability requires courage, good presentation skills and political awareness. These skills set the great organisational leaders apart from those who are merely good.
