Jane is a consulting Industrial Engineer with 8 years experience.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree and is continuously broadening her knowledge through masters courses in Competitive Intelligence, Knowledge Management, Information Management and Business Engineering.  She is a member of the Project Management Institute in Perth (PMI) and has been an assistant lecturer for Total Quality Management (TQM) at Pretoria University for several years.

Jane has been consulting within the mining industry for over 5 years focusing on improvement projects, maintenance systems, simulation, and scheduling studies.  Her passion for asset care and business excellence brings a unique insight to business and process improvement. 

Jane excels in engaging leadership and achieving a shared vision.  Her commitment to seeing companies reap results from MDWTM is unwavering.  Her MDWTM experience stems mainly from the food and beverage and mining industries.  Jane generates excitement, hope and expectation during coaching reviews and training while simultaneously providing practical tools and techniques for achieving results.
