Despite years of detailed project management methodology development and professional development of PMs, we still almost routinely finish projects over-time and over-budget. Leadership can make all the difference.
In this session, we will explore the definition of leadership as: “Creating a Relationship Based, Achievement Oriented, Endeavour”. We will also look at tested effective leadership skills that maximize team effectiveness (the results of a 30 year study of the petrochemical industry). Participants will come away with a better understanding of what leadership methods work, and a roadmap to improve their own results as project managers.
