Building Highly Effective Project Teams
Gill Lyon
People Rich

The workshop “Building Highly Effective Project Teams” will focus on creating a dynamic team environment.  Using the DISC [D (Dominant), I (Influencer), S (Stable) and C (Conscientious)] behaviour tool, you will learn how to optimise your work environment and that of your colleagues.  Many Project Teams derail because of the ‘soft skills” which are common sense but not common practice, and they are not always easy!  In this workshop you will learn the essential skills of building a team that can connect at a level where the team is ‘in flow” and anything and everything is possible.

“I spend 60% or more of my time on people stuff and that’s the way it should be. People first: strategy and everything else next.”   Jack Welch CEO and Chairman, General Electric. Named “Manager of the Century” by Fortune Magazine, 1999
