This workshop provides a comprehensive overview of the process of project risk management. David will present the basic concepts interweaved with his experiences as a risk management consultant. Topics will include: the concept and components of risk; the processes of project risk management - context, identification, analysis, treatment and control; the emerging concept of project opportunity management; the use of Monte Carlo simulation for quantitative risk analysis.
